Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Dry Desert SARL, trading as Dry Desert, operates drydesert.co and is responsible for the personal information it collects through this website. For questions about this notice or your information, use our Contact Us About Your Privacy form.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and the pages requested.

Optional analytics

Where enabled, we load Google Analytics to understand visits and traffic sources, and Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. These providers can process technical device information, page URLs, interactions, and cookie identifiers under their own privacy policies. We configure advertising storage and advertising personalization as denied.

Our analytics code runs only on drydesert.co and www.drydesert.co. It does not run on our Cloudflare pages.dev addresses.

Analytics controls

We do not display an analytics consent pop-up. Our optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tags remain disabled for visitors identified in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when we cannot determine a country. Elsewhere, these tags may load automatically. We also honour Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and an unexpired rejection previously stored by this website. Country detection is approximate and can be affected by VPNs.

Videos, LinkedIn posts, and bookings

The site embeds content and services from Wistia, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Calendly. Loading or using an embed can send technical information to that provider, and the provider may use its own cookies. The analytics controls described above apply to the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tags we install; they do not control every embedded provider. Information entered into Calendly is processed through that service so we can handle your enquiry or booking.

Information you send us

If you contact us or book a call, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, business information, booking preferences and answers to booking questions. We use this information to respond, arrange the call, and discuss services you request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Privacy-contact form

When you submit the privacy-contact form, FormSubmit receives the fields you enter and processes them to deliver your request to us. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. The service may use reCAPTCHA to protect against spam. Your name is optional; your email address, request type and message are needed so we can handle and respond to the request.

Service providers and processing locations

The hosting, analytics, video, social-media and scheduling providers described above receive information when their services load or when you interact with them. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States. The providers' privacy notices describe their processing locations and any safeguards they apply. Contact us for questions about the providers used for your information.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose for which information was collected. For enquiries and bookings, relevant factors include whether we are still responding to your request, discussing or providing services, maintaining an ongoing business relationship, or keeping records needed for legal obligations or disputes. Analytics and embedded-service records are subject to the relevant project settings and provider retention policies. Contact us if you need information about the retention or deletion of a particular record.

Your privacy requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you and the information concerned, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may have a right to withdraw it. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

To make a request, use the privacy-contact form linked at the top of this policy and describe the information or interaction concerned. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Applicable rights, exceptions and response periods depend on the circumstances and governing law. Requests concerning information a provider controls independently may also need to be made directly to that provider.
